#39 Uluru (Ayers Rock) Mititjuru watering hole. Australia

Uluru is the Aboriginal name for what is known as Ayers Rock. It is mystical, magical and huge. It is red slick rock sandstone that stands a mile above the desert plain, and many love to hike this imposing challenge. The aboriginals prefer that visitors do not climb it, for it is a sacred place- But the main reason is because it is dangerous and people have died in the attempts... the aboriginals do not like the idea that people die on their sacred ground. Uluru is Dreamtime. It is the beginning of everything.
