Please read this document to understand the process and scope of a WildiZe Scholarship Grant.
WildiZe Scholarship Application-2010
Please first read the Scholarship Requirements. Then, use this form to apply for a WildiZe Scholarship Grant. The WildiZe Scholarship Application must include this form completed in full with the attached two Recommendation forms.
*No scholarship application will be considered if either of these forms are incomplete or sent separately. If you would like to submit further Recommendation forms, please download them separately.
