WildiZe Expenditure Grant Agreement Contract

Please use this form when requested by WildiZe, to accompany the General information form once your request for funds has been approved. This form is the binding contract between WildiZe and the Grantee.

*Please be sure that all parties to the grant proposal and application have read and understood the Summary of WildiZe Guidelines and WildiZe Grant Guidelines, and are aware of the responsibilities of all parties in the WildiZe Grant process.
