If the grant is made, payment
will not represent the payment of any pledge or other financial
obligation of mine. If the grantee offers any benefits or privileges
in connection with the grant, I will not accept them.
I recognize that WildiZe Foundation™
may incur substantial expenses in determining the suitability
of the grants made by WildiZe Foundation™ to other organizations
and in monitoring the grantee's compliance with the conditions
of the grant. I understand that the actual expenses of WildiZe
Foundation™ will probably be determined by the amount of
the grant and the number of grantees to which my contribution
is directed. I further understand that it is likely that the expenses
of WildiZe Foundation™ will range between three percent (3%)
and ten percent (10%) of my contribution to WildiZe Foundation™.
Accordingly, I hereby authorize WildiZe Foundation™ to deduct
a reasonable amount from my contribution to cover its expenses
in administering my grant.
