Scholarship & Grant Applications

 

The WildiZe Foundation Grant and Scholarship application process requires that you READ THE GUIDELINES FIRST so that you will have a clear understanding of the process and requirements involved. You can read the guidelines online choosing from the popup menu

•For Grant applications you will be required to have the Grant Guidelines, the General Information Form, and the Grant Agreement.

•The Expenditure Reporting Form will be needed for the accounting of funds awarded for a Grant or Scholarship.
